APEEEL2 is pleased to inform you that ASF (Actions sans Frontières),
together with the Pupils’ Committee,
Teachers & other School Staff members, and Parents
will organise
the DISCO EVENING for S1, S2 and S3 pupils at Lux 2
on Thursday 14 February 2019

This event has now become a regular event in our School calendar for pupils coming from the 2 European Schools Lux1 and Lux2. It will be held from 19:30 until 22:00 in the Salle des Fêtes (Admin Building) at Lux 2.

S1 – S3 pupils will be able to buy tickets from members of the Pupils ‘Committee in our School Hall during morning breaks, more info will be provided on the Posters which will be displayed around the School.

Tickets cost €7 each; drinks and snacks will be sold on site.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS: This evening is much appreciated by our young students and well organised by the pupils committee. Despite all, the presence of adults is necessary to ensure surveillance, safety and compliance with the rules put in place.  We need parents to support our students’ initiative and to be present from 18:45 and until 22:30. Of course, we don’t expect parents to stay the entire evening, but we would very much appreciate if volunteer parents could dedicate 2 hours to the supervision of this event. If you are available, please email Mrs MAISSIN on christine.maissin@eursc.eu

    • We kindly remind you that profits from this disco will be donated in full to the Association ASF (Action Sans Frontières). If you would like to know more about this association and its activities,  we invite you to visit their website :  http://www.euroschool.lu/asf/.
    • We also would like to ask you to ensure to pick up your children by 22:00 at the very latest. There will be no supervision provided after this time.
    • Also, due to liability issues, it is very important that parents wishing to send a taxi to pick up their child at 22:00 ensure that they inform the event organisers in advance and email christine.maissin@eursc.eu.

A huge thank you in advance for your involvement!
