• Do you want to get rid of old sports shoes?
  • Do you want to help children living in difficult situations?
  • Why not combine both and donate all your used shoes to The Barefoot Project!

As part of his gap year in Fiji next year, Morgan Lowe, one of our S7 students from the EN section is supporting the Barefoot Project to collect and distribute used sports shoes to Fijian children.

All sizes are welcome from children’sizes up to size 46 (EU). Collection has already started and will terminate on 10 July.

The Barefoot Project donates all your used sports equipment to children in disadvantaged areas, more specifically Fiji, South Africa and Kenya, to help them do what they love. They take all sports shoes! With studs or without studs, male shoes or female shoes, no matter what brand; they will be used and donated to someone!

You will find them on Facebook: The Barefoot Project – or you can follow them on Instagram: thebarefootprojectww. For more information, you also can contact Morgan Lowe on Facebook.

All you have to do is drop off your old sports shoes in the container by the stairs opposite the absence board at the entrance! Alternatively, Morgan will have a stand at our School Fete and you can drop your shoes there on the day.

Many thanks in advance for supporting this initiative !
